3A: The current algorithm has a voice bandwidth of approx. 1.3K per section per direction per second. The overhead for the Internet brings it to about 14.4 KBps.

11A: Yes. Web2Fone can call and receive calls no mater where you are.
Web2fone can provide you with your own Virtual Extention or DID Line that can be automatically programmed to receive calls.
To receive your Own DID line or your Web2fone Extension Number, just logon to your account and Click On DID Follow Me Numbers and follow directions.

12A: YES YOU CAN, Web2Fone can forward calls to any specific number of your choice. It can also be programmed to transfer calls to your Web2fone Voice Mail. All you need to do is Logon to your account and redirect your calls to Voice Mail or to any specific number.

15A: Many reasons to why The Not Found message appear on your Web2fone when dialing: Among them are:

If your account is NEW and trying to call for the first time, you may be blocked because your CALLER ID is blocked... Many carriers block calls without any Number Identification... To solve this problem check the following Settings:

From your Dialer Click on Setting.

Under Display Number; Enter your phone or Caller ID number or any number.

Press the Setting Button Again and make sure it is saved.

Try calling again.

This setting is IMPORTANT.

Not Found Message Could also mean;
-
The Number you are trying to call is not responding.
-
The Number you are trying to call is dialed wrong.
-
If you are calling a Virtual Extension such as: Web2fone to Web2fone Calling, the person on the other end may not be logged on or not responding.

The person that you are trying to reach can only accept calls with Caller IDs ONLY.

Your account has no more FUNDS and need to recharged. To recharge your account, simply click on Recharge.
